Kevin Cunningham, President and Founder of Ultimate Outdoor Kitchens, has been in the construction industry since 1983.

Because his experiences in the building industry have been so rewarding, he began to set higher goals and seek greater challenges. His prime objective was to create something new and different. These efforts led him to design custom outdoor rooms. He discovered this direction to be so unique and appealing that he founded Ultimate Outdoor Kitchens (a division of Geneva Partners, Inc.).
